This Valentine’s Day, there is no better celebration for beer lovers than a Dinner for Two at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant (10 locations across the region).  Each of the award-winning brewery’s regional locations will prepare and serve a festive and delicious menu, with dishes specifically designed to pair with their exceptional craft beers.  A variety of rare and special beers will also be available for the occasion; guests are encouraged to reserve their tables, as space is limited, and contact the location of their choice directly to confirm Valentine’s Day beer offerings.

Dishes include:  Pink Grapefruit and Fennel Salad with baby arugula, roasted beets, shaved red onion, toasted walnuts and sherry vinaigrette;  Hazelnut-Crusted Brie with warm honey drizzle, wild blueberries and sliced baguette;  Chargrilled Rib Eye Steak with caramelized garlic-strewn mashed potatoes, braised sweet onion and cremini mushrooms and applewood-smoked bacon-molasses butter;  and Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese icing, red raspberry puree and shaved dark chocolate
