One of the many benefits to residing in a place like Wilmington, Delaware is the ever changing scenery that comes as a direct result of seasonal fluctuations, and autumn is arguably the most colorful season!

As the leaves exchange their usual greens for intense fusions of warm orange, bright yellow and rich burgundy shades, a neutral pallet speckled with flecks of gold washes over the northeastern side of the nation. The seasonal shift brings with it a soft breeze and the irresistible urge to explore new territory, if only for the purpose of taking in the view.

Your luxury dwelling space in the Live, Work, Play community is situated in a very unique position, right on the edge of urban, rural and suburban terrain. With the abundance of local farmland surrounding the two cities nearest you (Wilmington and Philadelphia) a trip to the Philly suburbs could be just the escapade you need to kick off your autumn itinerary. Here’s a look at the upcoming fall in the Philly suburbs calendar, featuring destinations that are just about a 30 minute drive away from where you live, work and play.
