There has been a lot of hustle and bustle around the Wilmington Public Library located next to The Residences at Rodney Square and now the $10.4 million dollar renovations are completed. The historic building was originally built in 1922 and renovated once in 1968. Renovations included bringing the library up-to-date with the 21st Century, new children’s and teen space on the lower level, which houses a computer room, five new conference spaces, a partitionable media room, literacy lounge, job center with computer lounge, a kitchenette for conference spaces, staff office spaces and a staff kitchen.
