In the next year, a group of city officials and Wilmington business individuals will be determining methods of luring young professionals to the city. This initiative, established by Mayor Dennis P. Williams will target workers between the ages of 21-40 years of age. The Buccini/Pollin Group which develops residential projects, also target this audience as ideal residents on the Riverfront and Downtown. This effort to attract young people will result in a rise in the economy over the next decade.
