We are proud to announce that Nashville rising country music stars King Calaway, featuring Wilmington’s own Chad Michael Jervis, will headline the 76ers Fieldhouse on Saturday, November 30, 2019! Joining King Calaway are special guests Reece Ratliff and The Jazz Chords of Calloway, from Jervis’ alma mater Cab Calloway School of the Arts.
After a whirlwind year since their debut EP was released in January 2019, King Calaway is proof that there’s strength in numbers. After being named one of the seven new country acts to watch out for by Billboard, the band continues to take the country music industry by storm from multiple performances at the famed Grand Ole Opry – including an incredible performance moment with the legendary Ricky Skaggs – to making their late-night television performance debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
“There is nothing better than to be able to help promote a top-of-the-line music event coming to Wilmington, especially when it features three home-grown talents. I encourage music lovers everywhere to be here in a few weeks to see the exciting new group, King Calaway, featuring Chad Michael Jervis, a graduate of Cab Calloway School of the Arts. Tower Hill School junior Reece Ratliff, and the award-winning Jazz Chords of Calloway will be opening the show.” – Mayor Mike Purzycki
