Residents Have Delightful Time at ResideBPG 2024 Holiday Party

On December 12, 2024, ResideBPG hosted its annual Resident Holiday Party at The Mill, the modern community workspace in Downtown Wilmington. The event brought together residents from 11 ResideBPG properties for an evening of holiday music, food, drinks and fun.

The highlight of the night was a raffle featuring a grand holiday gift basket. The door prize included gift cards to popular Wilmington businesses. Notably, participants included Bardea Food & Drink, Wilma’s, Makers Alley, and Currie Hair, Skin & Nails. It also featured a souvenir stein from Makers Alley and wine from Girard Craft and Cork. Furthermore, all businesses with items in the basket participate in our Play Where You Live program. The program offers exclusive discounts and special perks to ResideBPG residents. It was the perfect way to support the local community and show appreciation to residents!

Cafe Mezzanotte, located at W 11th St. & W Tatnall in Wilmington, catered the event with a delicious spread of small bites.

Meanwhile, guests got into the holiday spirit by showing off their favorite ugly sweaters and mingling with fellow residents. Attending residents networked, made new friends, took festive photos together, and shared their favorite aspects of living in BPG properties.

In addition to celebrating, residents gave back to the community by supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware. Residents can continue giving donations through December 17th at ResideBPG leasing offices and directly through the charity until the end of December. The organization requests new, unopened, and unwrapped items, excluding handmade items, stuffed animals, and blankets.
