A former office complex in Downtown Wilmington is planned for redevelopment, bringing future residential, office, and retail space to the Bracebridge property.

Located at 1100 N. King Street and 1100 N. French Street, the property will be transformed into a mixed-use development with residential space planned for the upper portions of the buildings and office and retail uses on the lower levels.

The redevelopment will repurpose an existing downtown property to support new housing opportunities while maintaining space for businesses and retail. The project adds to the continued growth of Wilmington’s downtown district and the variety of places available for people to live, work, and spend time in the city.

Bracebridge Residential is expected to deliver 220 market rate units along with a suite of amenities. Amenities will include: a fitness center, pickleball court, resident lounge, concierge, and roof deck.

As plans move forward, the Bracebridge property will become part of Wilmington’s evolving residential landscape. The redevelopment of Bracebridge is expected to reactivate that corner of Rodney Square with renewed energy.

ResideBPG will handle residential leasing and property management.
