Coming Soon: The Asters Brings New Apartment Living to UD’s STAR Campus

A new apartment community is coming to Newark’s STAR Campus. The Asters will introduce new housing option for students, professionals, and members of the University of Delaware community. The community is scheduled to open in 2027 and will offer 229 apartments designed for modern living near campus.

Located at 101 Discovery Boulevard, The Asters will feature studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Located within UD’s growing STAR Campus, the community will provide residents with convenient access to university facilities. The Asters will also be connected to research spaces, dining, and nearby Newark destinations.
