ResideBPG was awarded the highest honor, Management Company of the Year, at the Delaware Apartment Association (DAA) Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards held Thursday evening. Our team members strive to exceed the expectations of residents, fellow associates, and the community 365 days a year. We are so proud to see their efforts recognized by the DAA on this special occasion.
In addition to Management Company of the Year, our communities took home multiple awards.
Congratulations to Jennifer Jones at The Residences at Christina Landing for winning Leasing Professional of the Year! No one is more deserving of this prestigious award.
The Residences at Christina Landing also received 2nd place for Maintenance Excellence, and The Residences at Rodney Square received 2nd place for Leasing and Marketing Excellence. The Residences at Harlan Flats was awarded Best Property Website and received 2nd place in the New Construction category.
The DAA Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards are held annually to recognize the achievements of apartment communities and property management companies in the multi-family housing industry in Delaware. In order to receive the awards, each individual and property goes through a series of testing and interviews. All of the awards are state-wide honors.
The Delaware Apartment Association was formed to advance the rental housing industry through educational, legislative, and informational support, helping its members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around them.
