The Buccini Pollin Group has donated 417 N Market Street to the Delaware Affordable Housing Group. The DAHG is the nonprofit affiliate of the Wilmington Housing Authority. It was created to support the creation of new affordable housing in Downtown Wilmington.
The three-story building will be redeveloped into a mixed-use property featuring five one-bedroom apartments. The community will include one accessible unit, along with approximately 800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The project will expand housing opportunities while contributing to the revitalization of Market Street.
The donation reflects BPG’s long-standing investment in Wilmington and its commitment to supporting a range of housing options that help strengthen the city’s neighborhoods and downtown community.
The Wilmington Housing Authority and the Delaware Affordable Housing Group will oversee the property’s redevelopment and future management.
