ResideBPG Partners with 9SDC to Manage Wilmington Portfolio

ResideBPG and Buccini Pollin Group has partnered with 9th Street Development Company to manage 12 multifamily properties throughout Downtown Wilmington. Effective May 18, the partnership adds 72 apartments to ResideBPG’s management portfolio, bringing the total number of homes under management to 7,215.

The portfolio consists primarily of walk-up apartment homes located above ground-floor retail spaces, contributing to the unique character and walkability of Downtown Wilmington’s neighborhoods.

The partnership also reflects a longstanding connection between the two organizations. Founded by former BPG associates, 9th Street Development Company has focused on the thoughtful renovation and revitalization of smaller-scale properties along 9th, Tat n all, and Girard Streets. Their work has helped expand residential investment beyond the Market Street corridor while preserving the character of existing neighborhoods.
