You spoke, we listened! In our residential surveys, several residents mentioned how awesome it would be to have an ice-cream shop on Market Street. Well, we couldn’t agree more and are thrilled to announce it is on its way! UDairy Creamery is scheduled to open in May at 815 Market Street.
UDairy Creamery prides itself on educating students by producing and selling premium ice cream made from the milk off the farm of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Delaware.
On Thursday, March 8th, students from The University of Delaware celebrated the news by sampling UDairy ice cream flavors such as Chocolate Covered Strawberry in their student center located at 13 E. 8th Street in Wilmington, just steps away from the soon-to-be ice cream shop!
More details to come on their grand opening, where they will be offering FREE scoops of ice-cream!!!
