Today, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG) and BPGS Construction celebrated the continuous city-wide effort of re-energizing Market Street with the groundbreaking of Market Street Village! This is a significant moment for Market Street with the construction of 76 apartments in the existing historical buildings 838, 839, and 6 East 3rd Market Street.
The East Side Charter School’s String Ensemble joined in for this exciting occasion and provided fantastic live musical entertainment. So many people from all walks of life have come together to create such a monumental project that will truly change the city for the better.
This groundbreaking was a positive, pivotal event for the Downtown Wilmington and everyone is ecstatic for what is to come. Thank YOU for being a part of the Market Street Story!
