The Buccini/Pollin Group celebrated their company holiday party at World Cafe Live at The Queen last night. The team enjoyed music by DJ H Mazz and delicious dishes served up by World Cafe Live’s Restaurant.
Festivities included a raffle with many fantastic prize give-a-ways and of course, The Neal Goldberg Spirit Award.
Seven years ago, The Buccini/Pollin Group implemented the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award. Neal was a good friend to many and always showed a fun loving spirit. Despite the severe health issues he was dealing with, Neal never complained nor did he let it affect his love and zest for life. Throughout his illness Neal remained focused on his job and remained committed to the company and his associates. It is because of this spirit and dedication that this award was created.
The Neal Goldberg Spirit Award is awarded to someone each year that exhibit the traits that Neal brought to the work environment including: intelligence, someone who was always willing to help, a positive and enthusiastic attitude that never thought a job was too big and dedication to the success of the company and its staff.
This year it was extremely difficult to choose a winner, the following people were runners up for the award:
