Out of an abundance of caution, all common areas in ResideBPG communities will be closed until further notice. Any future reservations to utilize these areas for private use will be postponed. Please contact your management office for more details about your reservation.

These areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Fitness Centers
  • Resident Lounges and Clubhouses
  • Business Centers
  • Screening Rooms
  • Outdoor Courtyards

Following the recommendation of the CDC and government officials, we encourage residents to practice social distancing. Social distancing is the idea of maintaining a safe distance from others in public settings. The current recommendation is 6 feet between people.

While guests are still permitted, please try to limit visitors and gatherings to 10 people or less in accordance with current government regulations.

We care about the health and safety of all of our ResideBPG neighbors. During this time of uncertainty, it is necessary for everyone to do what they can to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience but thank you for your understanding.
