Don’t Miss World Cafe Live’s Grilled Cheese and Craft Beer Tastings on Feb. 11!
The winter season calls for comfort food, so it's no surprise that tickets are selling fast for World Cafe Live's Grilled Cheese and Craft Beer Tasting event! Taking place at 3 p.m. Feb. 11 at World Cafe Live's Wilmington outpost, this foodie-friendly event promises four chef-inspired pairings of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and craft brews.
The sandwiches will rely heavily on local ingredients, from the Old Bay-spiced cheddar on brioche to the Italian Cacio de Lazio on Herbes de Provence bread with tomato. Try to leave room for dessert: The fifth "bonus" course will consist of something sweet, such as strawberry shortcake with drunken berries!
Tickets cost $40 per person and are available for purchase. (Vegetarians are welcome!)
