What’s on the Menu?
The Eclipse Restaurant kicks off lunch with modestly priced appetizers that are healthy, light and tasty. Adventurous eaters can dive into creative concoctions such as tuna lettuce wraps and charred eggplant crostini. Those in the mood for more traditional American cuisine can opt for their cheese and meat selection featuring violet mustard or the fan favorite crispy calamari dressed with red chili aioli. Meat lovers will adore the slow roasted pork sandwich and the butcher’s sandwich featuring prosciutto and duck ham. Those seeking a seasonal dish will find the surprisingly clever combination of watermelon and tomato both delicious and refreshing.
Evening dining in the quaint North Union Street eatery offer s a nice assortment of entrées ranging from sandwiches to pasta, from roasted duck to wild Alaskan salmon. Prices cap off around the $30 mark, making Eclipse Bistro an excellent choice as an after office treat or a prelude on the way to a 3-D IMAX movie.

The acclaimed Eclipse Bistro is located at 1020 N. Union Street Wilmington, DE 19805 just a breezy walk or short drive from your Live, Work, Play abode. From the Residences, make a left onto A Street (Lynn’s Café is on the corner) and then make another left onto S. Walnut St. Follow S. Walnut St. until you reach E. 12th St. and make another left. N. Union Street is about a mile and a half up the road. Make a left onto N. Union St. and continue to the Eclipse Bistro.
