Celebrating the holidays just got easier with FREE parking in Downtown Wilmington DE! Enjoy all of the holiday festivities in Wilmington without worrying about where to park as there are a variety of free parking options this season.
Beginning Friday, November 23, through Monday, December 31, the City of Wilmington will offer free metered parking in the Downtown Business District and on the Riverfront. The holiday parking meter policy is only in effect from Noon to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Be advised that a two-hour parking limit will still remain in effect. All other parking regulations will also remain in effect during this time, so be sure to pay attention to time-limits, posted restrictions, and tow-away zones.
Colonial parking also offers free parking in their surface lots on nights and weekends!
