Each of the ResideBPG communities are conveniently located within walking distance of the nationally-renowned Wilmington Grand Prix, taking place May 13-15th! There will be activities for all ages from inflatables for the kiddos to a pop-up beer garden for the adults at the brand new Merchant Bar! Simply walk up and down Market Street to enjoy all of the vendors and live music. Due to the 5 new communities on Market Street and several new restaurants, this is sure to be the best race weekend yet!
