While enjoying a ride with the Wilmington & Western Railroad, you'll be met by gorgeous seasonal scenery of Wilmington's historic Red Clay Valley. And if you plan your ride between April 9 and 15, you might even spot a bunny — the Easter Bunny, that is!
For four days only, springtime's favorite floppy-eared friend will join passengers for a special seasonal ride aboard one of the Wilmington & Western Railroad's historic diesel locomotives. While passengers of all ages enjoy a 90-minute round-trip ride to Ashland, the bunny will pause beside guests to snap a photo and maybe dole out a few treats.
The Easter Bunny Express departs from Wilmington's Greenbank Station on April 8, 9, 14, and 15. Tickets range from $17-$19, and reservations are recommended.
