Millennials Moving Downtown Could be the Key to Wilmington’s Success

ResideBPG’s parent company, The Buccini/Pollin Group, was recently featured on Technical.ly Delaware’s website in the article, Millennials Moving Downtown Could be the Key to Wilmington’s Success. The annual Wilmington Skyline Review from real estate giant JLL says the city is witnessing unprecedented growth and the ResideBPG communities are excited to be a part of the movement. ResideBPG saw incredible growth in 2015, with the addition of The Residences at Harlan Flats (114 units), and two additional communities to the MKT brand 608 MKT and 627 MKT (74 units.)
