We invite our residents to join us in our annual Season of Giving by participating in a food drive for Reed’s Refuge.

Reeds Refuge is a not-for-profit community center located in Wilmington that provides a safe haven from the City Streets for Wilmington’s Youth. Reeds Refuge offers an after school program that includes classes in music, dance, video and digital media production. The Afterschool Program also offers a quiet room for studying with homework assistance.

Reeds Refuge promotes positive living and choices, offering an anti-bullying program and Safe City anti-violence program for its youth as well. Reeds Refuge also provides afterschool snacks and dinner for all of the children it serves during the school year and over the summer months its program is extended from morning to evening, serving the children breakfast, lunch and dinner.

All of the children served at Reeds Refuge are on the Free and Reduced Meal Programs at their respective schools, for many of these children their only guaranteed meals are those they receive at school and Reeds Refuge. ResideBPG is proud to partner with Reeds Refuge this Giving Season to fill their pantry as no child should go hungry. Collection boxes will be located at all leasing offices within our residential properties.
