Although the school year is uncertain, children still need supplies to succeed, whether from home or the classroom. ResideBPG, along with the Buccini/Pollin Group, BPG|360, and BPG|Sports, held our 3rd annual School Supply drive in August to support Wilmington’s vulnerable students during this especially challenging time.

Thanks to the generosity of our associates, residents, and office tenants, BPG helped provide school supplies for 200 students. This year BPG joined forces with The Warehouse, a partner of Kingswood Community Center and Reach Riverside, to distribute the supplies to those students most in need in our community during its Warehouse Way Community Fair on Sunday, September 13th. The Warehouse is a dynamic space in Northeast Wilmington, designed for teens by teens, that provides our city’s youth with the tools and opportunities they need to become confident, courageous, and contributing young adults who will make a positive difference in our world.

The school supplies were collected at 15 of our residential and office properties in the area in addition to the 76ers Fieldhouse. Through this effort, BPG also helped to raise over $750 in direct monetary donations for The Warehouse. These donations will help ensure that Wilmington’s students are fully equipped to learn and succeed all year long.

At the Buccini/Pollin Group, our guiding principle is to transform the communities we serve for the better, whether through our real estate development or outreach efforts. With our annual School Supply Drive, BPG helps Wilmington’s young learners reach their highest potential and prepare them for a bright future.
