The Buccini/Pollin Group Awarded Management Company of the Year at The Delaware Apartment Association’s 2014 Annual Award Dinner

Wilmington-based developer, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG), owner and manager of The Residences apartment communities and LuxiaSuites located in downtown Wilmington was awarded the highest award of distinction, Management Company of the Year on October 21, 2014 at The Best of Delaware Apartment Living Awards Dinner.

 

 

The Delaware Apartment Association’s Property Management Company of the Year Award is judged by industry experts and neighboring apartment associations. Members of The Buccini/Pollin Group were thoroughly interviewed and the team presented a binder highlighting The Buccini/Pollin Group’s company mission statement, history, associate training programs, company recognition programs, accomplishments and acts of community service.

Melinda Bosco, Senior Vice President for The Buccini/Pollin Group, is elated with the win, “Being awarded the Property Management Company of the year is truly and honor. The team represents the high standards we have in place and the professional management style we live by. I am very proud of the team.”

The Buccini/Pollin Group was also awarded for Overall Company Website Excellence. Julia Mason, Residential Marketing Manager explained, “With how quickly technology and websites evolve, it is very exciting to receive this award. We are constantly growing and are always trying to set ourselves apart in the industry. The website is usually what prospects see prior to visiting a community, we are glad it is making a great first impression and building up that excitement.”

These prestigious awards are a huge statement for the company that is currently expanding their multi-family portfolio. The Residences at Harlan Flats is a new development currently in Lease-Up and the company has additional units in the pipeline for 2015.
