The Residences maintenance men competed in Maintenance Mania on Thursday April 10th at the Chase Center on the Riverfront! Maintenance Mania is a competition in which apartment pros from all around the country compete in maintenance focused challenges that test their skills and knowledge to earn the title of Maintenance Mania Champion! Winners will get the chance to compete at the national championship held at the annual National Apartment Association Education Conference Exposition in Denver Colorado.
Our very own Patrick Hamill, maintenance supervisor at The Residences at Christina Landing won the race with his handmade vehicle! Congratulations Pat!
