Chef Goodwin credits many of the home-style recipes to his grandmother, who taught him how to cook hearty Southern food starting at the age of 5. So you have her finely tuned taste buds to thank when you bite into the crawfish etouffee, teeming with fresh crawfish tails and served over rice. You can also dig into a Wally jambalaya burrito, which comes stuffed with shrimp, andouille sausage, and grilled chicken, plus a drizzle of jambalaya sauce on top. The mac skillets are decadent and delicious, featuring ingredients such as jumbo lump crab meat, crawfish tails, or andouille sausage and shrimp.
